Sidley advised Stellex Capital Management LLC, a leading private equity firm, on its agreement to acquire the environmental technology business of Dürr Group, a global mechanical and plant engineering firm headquartered in Germany. The transaction includes the transfer of the Clean Technology Systems division, which specializes in air pollution control and noise filtration solutions for industrial clients worldwide.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
