Sidley Represents Baiterek National Managing Holding on US$500 Million Eurobond Issuance

Sidley advised Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC (Baiterek) on its successful US$500 million Eurobond issuance with a five-year maturity. The transaction gathered strong demand from U.S., EU, and other international investors, allowing Baiterek to achieve a record borrowing rate, with the coupon set at 4.65% and yield on pricing of 4.85%.

This issuance marks a strategic milestone for Baiterek, further strengthening its position in the international capital markets and expanding its investment capacity to support key development projects.

The Sidley team advised Baiterek on all aspects of the Rule 144A/Regulation S Eurobond offering, and was led by partners Vladimir Mikhailovsky and David Stewart and managing associate Tamara Fayad.
