Sidley Advises on Galaxy Digital’s US$500 Million At-the-Market Equity Program

Sidley represented Jefferies, BNY Mellon Capital Markets, and UBS Securities, as sales agents in connection with the establishment of Galaxy Digital Inc.’s US$500 million “at-the-market” equity program. Galaxy Digital Inc. is a global leader in digital assets and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
