Sidley represented private equity investor Northcote Equity in its investment in Lockhart Capital Management, a UK-based financial planning and wealth management firm. Founded in 2017, Lockhart manages more than £1 billion of client assets on behalf of more than 400 families. With offices in Cobham, Aberdeen, and Leeds, the firm provides highly personalized advice and investment management to a select group of high-net-worth individuals and families.

Northcote’s investment will support Lockhart’s continued growth and help Lockhart to build an even stronger position in this segment of the market.
