FABRICIO ARCHANJO has experience in a multitude of civil, criminal, and regulatory matters involving a wide range of areas, including anti-corruption and trade compliance, fraud, financial reporting and wrongdoing, fiduciary duties, workplace issues, as well as contractual and other commercial disputes. Fabricio has conducted numerous cross-border internal investigations, represented clients in connection with pending litigation and governmental actions, and advised on business integrity and crisis management.
Prior to joining Sidley, Fabricio worked at an international law firm and represented various U.S., Latin American, European, and Asian companies with worldwide operations in financial services, private equity, media, education, manufacturing, and commodities-based industries, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as their executives. Previously, Fabricio was a legal intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
Fabricio earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was an assistant casebook editor of the Moot Court Board. In 2018, he obtained an M.A. in economics at Kent State University, where he was a graduate assistant focused on the economic analysis of law. He also received an M.Sc. in social policy analysis, magna cum laude, from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in 2012, and a B.B.A. in finance and economics, summa cum laude and Honors College Scholar, from Kent State University in 2011.
Fabricio has extensive training in a multitude of financial and statistical analyses routinely used by clients when making business decisions.
