
Biography
Kaseir focuses his practice on a wide range of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project and development finance, joint ventures, and private equity investments, involving both renewable and conventional power markets, as well as infrastructure and industrial assets and other alternative energy projects at various stages of a project’s life cycle.
While attending Howard University School of Law, Kaseir served as a student attorney for the Investor Justice & Education Clinic.
Prior to law school, Kaseir worked for Exelon Corp. and Constellation Energy, which, prior to their vertical separation, was one of the largest competitive U.S. power generators, with nuclear, gas, wind, solar, and hydroelectric generating capacity. Kaseir earned his B.S.B.A. in finance from Drexel University.

Community Involvement
Membership & Activities
- Kaseir serves as a member of the Friends of Snider Hockey Committee, supporting the Philadelphia-based Snider Hockey program.
Pro Bono
- Kaseir completed a 10-week pro bono fellowship with the D.C. Bar Association. During this time, he worked with the Landlord and Tenant Branch, the Family Law Assistance Network, and the Small Business Clinic facilitated by the D.C. Bar.
