Biography
MICHAEL BAY focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, capital markets, and insurance regulatory work.
Michael graduated magna cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as a notes and comments editor of the Chicago-Kent Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Michael earned his B.A. in Business Economics from the College of Wooster.
