Cailin Brown

CAILIN BROWN focuses her practice on representing borrowers, lenders, issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and financial institutions in a wide range of transactions.

Prior to joining Sidley, Cailin worked with refugees in the United States and abroad, supporting their access to legal and social services.

While attending New York University School of Law, Cailin participated in both the Business Transactions Clinic and the International Organizations Clinic, gaining hands-on experience advising clients on transactional and cross-border matters. She also served as a member of the Journal of International Law and Politics.
