
Biography
MCKENNA CHADWICK focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance matters.
McKenna received her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where she graduated with high distinction and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as the online managing editor of the Iowa Law Review. Prior to joining Sidley, McKenna served as a judicial extern for The Honorable C.J. Williams in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. She earned her B.A. in politics from Willamette University.
