Biography
LU HE focuses her practice on structured finance and securitization. Lu regularly represents issuers, underwriters, and loan sellers in public and private commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions.
Lu has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in New York by Super Lawyers from 2014–2019. Lu is a native Mandarin speaker.
