Amy Jang

AMY JANG focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, shareholder activism, and capital markets transactions.

Amy received her J.D. from Cornell Law School. While attending Cornell Law School, Amy served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review. Amy received her B.A. from Korea University where she majored in economics and business administration and graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to joining Sidley, Amy worked as a finance manager in a large energy corporation. She is fluent in Korean.
