Chloe I. Larsen

CHLOE LARSEN focuses her practice on representing a variety of companies in merger clearance proceedings and other investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and Federal Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Sidley, Chloe worked as a legal intern at a large insurance company.

Chloe received her J.D. from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and her B.A. in economics from Baruch College. While attending the Maurice A. Deane School of Law, she served as an articles editor of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. Prior to law school, Chloe worked for an international consulting firm serving nonprofit organizations.
