AUSTIN LEE focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
Austin represents public and private companies, investment banks, and investors in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, asset acquisitions, initial public offerings, registered and unregistered equity and debt offerings, and utility securitization bond offerings. He advises clients spanning various industries, including the energy, healthcare, retail, technology, and utility sectors.
Austin’s practice also includes advising clients on a wide variety of corporate governance and securities compliance issues, including corporate organizational documents, charters and bylaws, Exchange Act reporting, proxy statements and shareholder meetings, NYSE and Nasdaq matters, Regulation FD issues, and Section 16 compliance.
Austin received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and holds an A.B. from Princeton University.
