• THI Investments on the sale of Corndel, a professional training and coaching business.
• Northleaf Capital Partners in its acquisition of CCT Group, a leading tri modal container port terminal business, from iCON Infrastructure Partners.
• A leading infrastructure fund in its acquisition of Melita, a fully converged digital infrastructure owner and operator delivering broadband, mobile connectivity and data centre solutions across Malta.
• Pictet Alternative Advisors in its acquisition of Technology Services Group Limited.
• Pictet Alternative Advisors in its Acquisition of Pareto FM.
• THI Investments on the acquisition of Impact Food Group, a leading UK school catering company, from Bridges Fund management, together with ongoing advice in relation to numerous other THI portfolio companies.
• Crystal Palace Football Club on various investment matters.
• A consortium on its bid to acquire Parmaco, a provider of fully assembled and ready-to-use modular buildings for use as schools and day caredaycare centres centers in Finland and Sweden.
