SARAH NAIMAN focuses her practice on government investigations, merger clearance, and civil litigation. Sarah’s work includes representing companies in responding to administrative subpoenas, civil investigative demands, and other government requests for information issued by the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission. She represents targets, third parties, and individuals, and works on matters across a wide range of industries, including software and technology, insurance, chemicals, and agriculture.
While completing her law school degree Sarah worked full-time as the assistant director of Georgetown University’s Supreme Court Institute. During law school Sarah was a staff editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, and participated on Georgetown’s moot court team. Before becoming a lawyer, Sarah taught high school math and economics in New Mexico through Teach for America.
Prior to joining Sidley, Sarah worked as an associate at a global law firm based in Washington, D.C.
