Recent examples of Vladislav’s work include advising:
- An Eastern European State in a dispute over the alleged expropriation of oil and gas infrastructure worth US$5 billion.
- A Central European State in a US$2 billion expropriation dispute in the entertainment sector.
- An Eastern European State in a BIT dispute over a US$500 million investment in real estate.
- A major Russian bank in obtaining an anti-suit injunction from the High Court of England and Wales to enjoin a US$300 million court claim overseas.
