Sidley Represents Ridgeview Partners in Its Proposed £545 Million Acquisition of Pinewood Technologies

Sidley is representing Ridgeview Partners in its proposed £545 million acquisition of Pinewood Technologies Group plc (LSE: PINE) through U.K. Piston Bidco Limited, a newly formed company indirectly owned by entities administered by Ridgeview. Ridgeview is a growth-oriented technology private equity firm, and Pinewood is a cloud-based, AI-first, full-service technology provider to automotive retailers and OEMs. Following completion of the acquisition, Ridgeview will work with Pinewood to support its next phase of growth through investment in data and AI-driven innovation.
The Sidley team is being led by Dan Belke, James Wood, and Ed Perry (M&A and Private Equity).
