
Biography
MORGAN PINO primarily focuses her practice on representing financial institutions, investment advisers, public companies, senior officers, and blockchain technology companies in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), New York State Attorney General (NYAG), New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS), and other state attorneys general and state regulatory agencies.
Morgan is a member of the Securities Enforcement and Regulatory group, which received the 2019 Chambers USA Award for Financial Services Regulation, and was named the “Law Firm of the Year” for Securities Regulation in 2020 and 2017 by U.S. News – Best Lawyers.
Prior to joining Sidley, Morgan served as a judicial extern in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County. She received her law degree from Fordham University School of Law where she was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and a member of the Fordham Law Review.
