Samayra Siddiqui

SAMAYRA SIDDIQUI focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, including capital markets transactions, securities filings, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.

While attending New York University School of Law, Samayra served as a student advocate with the Jailhouse Lawyers Initiative through the Global Justice Clinic and as a staff editor for the Review of Law & Social Change. Samayra received her B.S. in evolutionary anthropology from Duke University, with a minor in biology.

Prior to joining Sidley, Samayra worked in clinical legal education, medical research, and for a biotech startup.
