DOMINIQUE VLETTER advises on a wide range of EU and UK competition law issues, including merger control, abuse of dominance, cartels, compliance, and market investigations.
Dominique trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley’s London office, where she also gained experience in the firm’s restructuring, investment funds, and M&A and private equity practices.

Recent experience includes advising:
- Rivean Capital on the majority investment in Engelmann Sensor GmbH.
- One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm, in connection with its investment in Brown & Root Industrial Services (“Brown & Root”) alongside partner KBR, and in Brown & Root’s acquisition of Specialty Welding and Turnarounds.
- Darling Ingredients in its potential joint venture with Tessenderlo Group to form New Wellness Company
- HARMAN International on US$350 million acquisition of Masimo Corporation’s Sound United Consumer Audio Business.
