Biography
RACHEL AICHELMANN focuses her practice on corporate and securities law matters, representing issuers and underwriters in public and private securities transactions of debt and equity, with an emphasis on structured products.
While attending Brooklyn Law School, Rachel served as the notes and comments editor of the Journal of Law and Policy. Rachel was a recipient of the Carswell Scholarship, Dean’s Merit Scholarship, and Irving Gutin Scholarship.
Prior to joining Sidley, Rachel was an associate at another law firm in New York.
