SARAH KAWAMLEH works with public and private companies, as well as private equity clients, on mergers and acquisitions, complex business transactions, and general corporate matters.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was the managing editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law and Public Affairs, president of the Muslim Law Students Association, and project director for the International Refugee Assistance Project. She also served as a student lawyer for the Penn Law Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.
Prior to law school, Sarah earned her B.A., summa cum laude, in international studies and received a certificate in applied research and inquiry from Indiana University Bloomington. She received the 2020 “P.J. and Hilda W. Hill Award” for outstanding contributions to improving race relations on campus.
