Manoj Bhargava and Samir A. Gandhi Named to India Business Law Journal’s International A-List 2026

Sidley is pleased to announce that Manoj Bhargava and Samir A. Gandhi have been named to the “International A-List 2026” by India Business Law Journal, a distinction that recognizes the world’s leading international lawyers for India-related matters.

Manoj is co-managing partner of Sidley’s Singapore office and co-leader of the firm’s India practice. He advises issuers and underwriters on cross-border capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings such as initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements involving Indian companies.

Samir is global practice leader of Sidley’s Capital Markets group, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and co-leader of the firm’s India practice. He advises issuers, underwriters, and sponsors on capital markets and corporate transactions, including public and private financings, with significant experience in India-related matters.
