He has built a substantial practice advising clients on initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and private placements, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission-registered offerings and listings on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and the stock exchanges of Mumbai, London, Singapore and Luxembourg.
