Sidley Represents Stone Point in its Investment in IEQ

Sidley represented funds managed by Stone Point Capital LLC (Stone Point) in their investment in IEQ Capital, LLC (IEQ). IEQ is an independent wealth management firm and alternative investment solutions provider with over US$18.3 billion in regulatory assets under management. Stone Point is an investment firm based in Greenwich, CT with more than US$40 billion of assets under management. Stone Point targets investments in companies in the global financial services industry and related sectors.

The Sidley team was led by private equity partners Brien Wassner and Grace Jamgochian.
