Sidley Represents Affiliates of Apollo as Lead Left Arranger in US$1.25 Billion TLB Financing for R.R. Donnelley

Sidley represented Apollo affiliated entities (“Apollo”) in respect of a US$1.25 billion financing to R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company. Apollo served as lead left arranger and administrative agent in the syndicated senior secured Term Loan B transaction.
The Sidley team was led by Joshua W. Thompson with Hiroko Ito and Scott Dawson (Global Finance), and included Daniel Z. Altman and Alvin Wang (Tax), Beatriz Azcuy and Connor T. Evans (Real Estate), and E. Kyle Barnett (IP).
