Sidley Advises Achieve on Its Inaugural US$217 Million Debt Settlement Fee Securitization

Sidley represented Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, in connection with the closing of its inaugural debt settlement fee asset-backed securitization, ACHD Trust 2025-DS1. The transaction consisted of US$217.2 million of rated notes secured by settlement fees generated through debt resolution programs for U.S. consumers.
The Sidley team was led by T.J. Gordon and Andrew C. Adair (Global Finance) and included Joel E. Haas, Grace Lyman, Atzin R.
