Sidley Represents nCino in Its Acquisition of DocFox

Sidley represented nCino, Inc. in its acquisition of DocFox, a software company that helps simplify and automate opening new customer accounts in commercial and business banking. The companies’ combined offering will create a single platform that will help financial institutions with their information intake, document collection, and due diligence processes. nCino is a SaaS platform that provides cloud banking for the global financial services industry.
The Sidley team was led by Martin A. Wellington, Ian Helmuth, and Danielle N. Sismour (M&A and Private Equity), and included Hannah Ellis and Matt Nelson (M&A and Private Equity); Rachel D.
