Sidley Serves as Insurance Regulatory Counsel to New Enterprise Associates in US$1.3 Billion Take-Private Acquisition of NeueHealth

Sidley is representing New Enterprise Associates (NEA) on insurance regulatory matters in the take-private acquisition by an NEA affiliate of healthcare company NeueHealth (NYSE: NEUE) at an enterprise value of approximately US$1.3 billion.

NEA is a global venture capital firm.
