Sidley represented Thompson Street Capital Partners in its acquisition of Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a franchisor of fast-casual Mexican-fusion restaurants with more than 130 locations across 15 states. The acquisition will support the company’s continued growth, including through investments in technology, branding, infrastructure, and franchisee support.
