Sidley Advises Vinci Compass on Launch of Vinci Climate Change

Sidley advised Vinci Compass (NASDAQ: VINP), a leading Brazil-based asset manager, on the launch of Vinci Climate Change (VICC), the largest sustainable infrastructure fund in Latin America to classify as an Article 9 fund under European regulations (SFDR). VICC, which is dedicated to private equity investments in Brazil with a positive environmental impact – including sanitation, renewable energy, and energy efficiency projects – completed fundraising with a total of approximately R$2 billion in commitments.
