Sidley represented Primemas, Inc. (Primemas), a Santa Clara, California-based semiconductor startup with a research and development center in Seoul, Korea, specializing in cost-effective and high-performance hub chiplets (Hublets®) that provide pluggable system-on-chip infrastructure for accelerated system development, in a US$72 million Series B financing round.

Primemas bridges compute and memory with Hublet®, unlocking the next era of AI data infrastructure. Primemas delivers an astounding 40x improvement in AI datacenter TCO, alongside partners including Microsoft and other global technology leaders.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser, Jake Funk, and Daniel Wei (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital), and included Celine Gruaz and Amy Rosales (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
