
Biography
ISABEL NEELANDS advises clients, including private equity sponsors, corporations, investment banks, and credit funds, on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions. Her practice focuses on acquisition financings, syndicated lending, refinancings, and general banking matters.
Isabel brings a strong commercial perspective informed by her experience as a secondee at a leading global investment bank, as well as her background in the media and entertainment industry. She writes on market developments and has made significant contributions to the Butterworths Journal of International Banking and Financial Law.
Community Involvement
Pro Bono
Isabel sits on Sidley’s London Pro Bono Committee and actively participates in a variety of pro bono initiatives, including representing clients appealing Personal Independence Payment decisions, and volunteering with Not Beyond Redemption and the Royal British Legion.
