Sidley Advises Eterna Growth Partners in Spinout From Charlesbank Capital Partners

Sidley represented Eterna Growth Partners (Eterna) in connection with its spinout from Charlesbank Capital Partners. Formerly operated as Charlesbank’s Technology Opportunities Fund strategy, Eterna launched as an independent private equity firm focused on middle-market technology investments. Eterna will continue to manage all existing Technology Opportunities funds following the transaction.
