Sidley Represents RLI Corporation in US$300 Million Senior Notes Offering

Sidley represented RLI Corp. in connection with its SEC-registered debt offering of US$300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2036.

RLI Corp., headquartered in Peoria, Illinois, is a specialty insurance holding company that underwrites a broad range of property, casualty, and surety products through a nationwide network of independent agents, brokers, and wholesale intermediaries.

The Sidley team was led by Robert A. Ryan (Capital Markets) and included Tanner L. Groce (Energy and Infrastructure) and Linda Li (Capital Markets).
