Sidley represented RLI Corp. in connection with its SEC-registered debt offering of US$300 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2036.

RLI Corp., headquartered in Peoria, Illinois, is a specialty insurance holding company that underwrites a broad range of property, casualty, and surety products through a nationwide network of independent agents, brokers, and wholesale intermediaries.
