Sidley Matter Wins Solar Deal of the Year at 2025 IJ Global Awards

Macquarie Asset Management’s (Macquarie) US$350 million term loan facility for a subsidiary of Nexamp, Inc. (Nexamp) was awarded the “Solar Deal of the Year, North America” at the IJGlobal Awards 2025. Sidley represented Macquarie as the lead lender under the facility.

Proceeds of the loans advanced under the facility will be used to support the construction of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects in Nexamp’s approximately 6 GW utility-scale solar and storage pipeline. Nexamp is a leading developer, owner, and operator of solar and battery storage assets across the U.S.
