Sidley Represents ModMed in Its Acquisition of Bonsai Health

Sidley is representing Clearlake Capital Group, L.P.-backed ModMed in its acquisition of Bonsai Health. ModMed is a leading provider of software and services to specialty medical practices, while Bonsai Health develops AI-driven patient engagement solutions tailored for healthcare providers. The acquisition will help ModMed in building out their AI-Powered Practice, a platform for bringing AI assistants to healthcare practitioners.
