Sidley Advises Post Oak Energy Capital on Sale of NGNV and Quantent’s Haynesville Assets

Sidley advised Post Oak Energy Capital, LP, a Houston-based private equity firm focused on the North American Energy sector, on the sale of the Haynesville assets of Nadel and Gussman NV, LLC (NGNV) and Quantent Energy Partners, LLC (Quantent). NGNV and Quantent assembled drill-ready positions in Haynesville, in partnership with Post Oak Energy Capital.

The Sidley team was co-led by partners David Buck and Jeremy Pettit, with special assistance from associates Estella Serrano and Bridger Page. Additional team members included Zack Pullin, Heather Palmer, Dan Allison, Quan Lu, Brad Giacone, and Hudson Pullin.
