Biography
JORDAN PAPAI focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, capital markets, and insurance regulatory work.
Jordan earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2023. While there, Jordan served as a notes editor on the Journal of International Law and Business.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jordan was a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Fellow at Illinois Legal Aid Online.
