DANIEL BURKHART is a senior managing associate in Sidley’s Dallas office and a member of the Global Finance practice. He focuses his practice on asset-based and cash flow lending, borrower representations, syndicated and leveraged finance, and workouts and restructurings. He regularly represents public and private company borrowers, private equity sponsors, direct lenders and lead arrangers. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for a national accounting firm and a tier-one automotive supplier.
