Anthony T. Caneris

ANTHONY CANERIS focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance.

Anthony earned his J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he served as a managing editor of the Northwestern University Law Review. He graduated cum laude from Miami University with B.A. degrees in accounting and biology. 

Prior to joining Sidley, Anthony worked as a judicial intern for The Honorable John K. Bush in the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. He previously worked as an accountant at a Big Four accounting firm. Anthony is a certified public accountant.
