JARRETT GROSS is a Managing Associate in the Litigation group of the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on stockholder litigation and M&A disputes.
Jarrett graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 2016, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he was an Executive Editor of the Michigan Law Review and earned the Emmett E. Eagan Award for excellence in the field of corporate law. Jarrett graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University with a B.A. degree in Chinese.
Prior to joining Sidley, Jarrett served as a law clerk for then-Vice Chancellor Tamika Montgomery-Reeves of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Jarrett also has experience as in-house counsel to a wellness-focused market research company.
