Biography
VICTORIA KERR advises a broad range of clients within the life sciences industry, including medicines, medical devices, and food companies, on the interpretation of the applicable legal framework, compliance with regulations and codes of conduct, market access strategy and optimization of IP regulatory rights. She has also got involved in several due diligence on corporate transactions involving pharmaceutical companies.
Victoria also has experience representing clients in their interaction with the UK and EU regulatory authorities and bodies, as well as before the UK and EU Courts.
Victoria is currently working on a high profile case representing a pharmaceutical company in high-value, follow-on damages proceedings before the High Court and Supreme court in the United Kingdom concerning the intersection between competition, regulatory and patent law.
Victoria is recommended by the Legal500 UK 2026 for Life sciences and healthcare.
Victoria trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley’s London office, where she gained experience in life sciences, corporate and private equity, and competition groups.
