Biography
ANDREA LUCAN counsels clients engaged in every stage of energy transition, including developers, sponsors, and financiers. Andrea’s experience extends to all elements of energy project development and financing including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, equipment purchase and sale agreements, and power purchase agreements.

- Southern California Edison Company in connection with the purchase of development assets from Recurrent Energy.
- Ørsted in connection with the acquisition of a 302 MW onshore wind farm in Illinois.
- Total Energies in connection with the acquisition of a development pipeline of 2.2 GW of solar projects and 600 MW of battery storage assets located in Texas from SunChase Power and MAP RE/ES.
