MASON PARHAM is an associate in the Commercial Litigation and Disputes group in the Dallas office. He focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation and has experience in a wide range of areas including employment disputes, oil and gas litigation, investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), derivative litigation and international arbitration.
Mason graduated summa cum laude from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as an articles editor for the SMU Law Review Association. Mason received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 2009.
Prior to joining the firm, Mason was a legal intern at The Human Rights Initiative of North Texas. He also was a judicial extern with the Hon. Harlin Hale in the Northern District of Texas.
