• Represented international oil and gas company in international arbitration arising from LNG sale and purchase agreement, resulting in favorable resolution.
• Represented a Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited in COVID-19-related litigation, resulting in dismissals in multiple jurisdictions.
• Represented a distribution and marketing company in investigating former employee’s cybersecurity violations, and won final judgment at trial for violations of Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and theft of trade secrets.
• Represented a midstream oil and gas client in litigation related to a dispute over the co-ownership of a gas processing facility, which was favorably resolved after securing preliminary dismissal.
• Represented a midstream oil and gas client in litigation over royalty payments and won summary judgment on multiple claims.
• Represented oil exploration client in shareholder derivative litigation arising from alleged royalty underpayments and secured dismissal with prejudice.
