
Biography
ELLEN PARK advises companies, investors, and financial institutions in a wide range of capital markets transactions and strategic corporate matters. She represents clients in initial public offerings, venture capital and growth equity financings, and other debt and equity offerings, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, and corporate governance matters. Her work spans the full corporate life cycle, from early-stage financings through public company transactions and complex strategic combinations.
A significant portion of Ellen’s practice is devoted to advising venture capital-backed companies, as well as founders, investors and financial institutions, on a wide range of corporate matters, including pre-IPO financings, IPOs and other capital markets transactions, company structuring, and shareholder arrangements. She regularly works with emerging and established companies operating at the forefront of innovation, particularly in technology-driven sectors, providing practical, business-oriented guidance tailored to high-growth environments.
Ellen’s experience extends across a variety of industries, including technology, fintech, digital assets, and artificial intelligence, as well as healthcare and life sciences, consumer products and services, energy and infrastructure, industrials and chemicals, and media, entertainment and retail. She represents both issuers and investors in complex capital markets and M&A transactions, and frequently advises on regulatory considerations, particularly in evolving sectors, such as blockchain and digital assets.
