Biography
LIMING XU focuses primarily on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including Hong Kong and U.S.-registered initial public offerings and debt offerings pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Liming also has experience advising multinational corporations on mergers and acquisitions, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, and export control regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Sidley, Liming worked with other major law firms and consulting companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and the United States.
Liming is fluent in English and Mandarin.
