Sidley Represents The Gersh Agency in Strategic Partnership with Crestview Partners

Sidley represented The Gersh Agency and the Gersh family members (“Gersh”), a leading talent agency, in its strategic partnership with private equity firm Crestview Partners, to support the agency’s next phase of growth. Prior to the transaction, Gersh was the only major talent agency without a financial partner. Gersh will maintain control with a majority interest, and the firm will continue to operate as it has throughout its history, keeping its client’s interests as its paramount focus.
